hi, just finish set up a new 2ft tank yesterday with HC and Jap HG as foreground. Very surprise that without any co2 injection and after filling up the water for ard 1-2 hours, O2 bubbles start to come out a lot (mostly from German seaweed and moss, some from HC and HG)., not sure it s a good sign or bad sign...
btw, my 2ft tank now only use a 28w T5 light, supposed to be not enough, but since got O2 bubble frm HC and HG, can consider it as enough alr?
