Sorry I only just found this thread. Quite a few LFS in shanghai if u know where to look.
The LFS street is usually known as "hua ngiao yu chong shi chang" which roughly translates as "flower, bird, fish, crickets market". Theres one in Tibet road, Xi Zhang Lu, and another one is Jiang Yin Lu (behind Tomorrow Square), one more in a place known as xin jiang yin lu (its a market similar to the one in tibet road), and one more very nice one that sells apistogrammas (but I forgot the chinese name!!! )
In Jiang Yin Lu (My favourite) you can find L numbers, discus and the usual sort of fishes. Loads of plants in two of the bigger shops with nice display tanks owned by a taiwanese boss.
Let me know if you manage the find them![]()
many thks. I've been to the one at Tibet road a few time but found the variety limited. the tanks here tend to use sand wheares i prefer ADA. nevertheless, my tank is arriving in a few weeks time, and am quite excited to ix it up.
Go to fu xi gong ren wen hua guan...(there are apistos there!!) or jiang yin lu... (you can find L numbers and really nice plants/mosses + Co2 equipment there)
