What is bubble moss?

Hi, anyone knows about bubble moss? I saw some at Colorful and for a small stone will cost nearly 1 red note... But they looked like many small oxygen bubbles with lights on.

Are they for sales? The last time I went, I was told they are not for sale until fresh supply are delivered.

Went down last night and apparently there was a few stones for sale. Was interested as well but first time heard of such a thing call bubble moss...thought maybe it's made up. So thought i'll do more research before buying it. Anyone here can advise what kind of moss is it?
