I think the hair like threads are from the moss ball I previously have in my tank, they are spreading quite fast. Is there anyway to stop them? And i think there is some other algae in my tank as well.

That is green hair algae.
Previously I managed to remove them with manual removal (to your best ability as it is impossible to remove it completely) and changes of water every 2 to 3 days. I managed to research that the cause of green hair algae growth is excessive lights and not enough CO2.
Maybe lower your light intensity, periods and increase CO2 if you do have a CO2 system.
