Been to this site before when I am trying a small tank with java fern, Anubias and Moss. Sadly it is a failure cause the moss did not grow and turn into brown detrius. Using a 8 watt FL light in a 10 liter tank ( i think). I suspect is temp too high.
Don't really dare to try moss again

Sad to hear that, but most shrimps tank neat to have moss in it. I think the temp. gave you the problem.
