    Now in Singapore already. Retailing at Sam Yick for S$280. Claim to be more egronomical in design and comes with an LED light for CO2 operation. The old model selling at S$190 has been discontinued. Check valve not included.

    You bought them Benny? I love the check valve from dennerle better then those taiwan check valve.

    The flow is only one way if not it'll burst your tubing.
    Cheers!

    Do we need special tubing for this solonoid? I notice that the solonoid is not connected directly to the valve but a tubing. With the solonoid cutting off the CO2, can the tubing (connecting the solonoid and the CO2 cylinder) withstand the pressure??

    This solenoid is supposed to be connected after the regulator (separate unit) where the pressure has been reduced.

    Cylinder ---> Regulator ---> Solenoid ---> Diffusor

    Therefore the total cost of using the Dennerle system of regulator + solenoid is > $400.

    jacian i understand wht you mean by that, to me it' seem unsecure at first sight but after i use the check valve from dennerle i guess it's made to accomodate high pressure.
    Cheers!

    Actually the outlet presure from the regulator is around 1 bar. Not that high. Any CO2 pipes should be able to take this pressure.

    Yup. But I got the old model. Lucky me. Saved some money. I don't think the LED light and "splash proof" plastic holder is worth and extra $90. To check the solonoid, I switch it off and hear a click if I don't see bubbles. To make it splash proof, I can always put a modified plastic cup over my solonoid.

    Anyway, I like the Dennerle check valve, but love the ADA one. Will try to get it on my trip.

    Cheers,

    I think that is not the solonoid. It is a night cut-off switch. I transalted the German word "Nacht" = Night and "Abschaltung" = cut-off switch. Hope that explains the confusion.
