After a while away from planted tanks i have now returned,

The tank measures 45cm x 30 x 35, i will be using pressurised co2, lighting will be via one possibly two 36w compact T5 6500k units, the substrate used is from dupla topped with 3-6mm gravel. I shall also be fertilising via EI method

So here is the initial hardscaping

I have yet to decide on what plants to use but they should hopefully be in, in a week or two.

    Ha ha not HC

Here's me showing off me professional paint skills with how the plants will roughly laid out.

    Plants
    1 - Ludwigia arcuata, 2 - Rotala sp. 'green', 3 - Rotala macrandra 'green', 4 - Crassula sp., 5 - Isoetes sp., 6 - Hemianthus micranthemoides, 7 - Micranthemum unbrosum, 8 - Pogostemon helferi, 9 - HC, 10 - Blyxa japonica, 11 - Didiplis diandra

The scape will be a triangle layout with the highest point being the back left corner, with the plants sloping down towards the front and the right. So the plants that i'll be using as background plants will be the Ludwigia and Rotala sp 'green'.

I don't want the plants to be set out in too much of a ordered pattern, I wont them to grow amongst them selves in a natural almost messy way, rather than in formal groups so the above masterpiece is just a basic guide.

Look forward to seeing your scape Chendol.
