Can male Apistogramma be housed together?

I have 2 apisto agassizii and 1 caca, all males. It's been a week since i bought them and the dorminant male is feeding well but the other 2 are not. I'm worried that the other 2 will die due to not eating enough. Can i put a few males together in a 3ft tank or must they be housed in a seperate tank each?

I have serveral apistos housed in my 4ft. The less dominant ones will not colour up as nice due to stress.
I have Inka dominanting the left half of the tank & hongsloi dominating the right half of the tank. The rest are just being pushed around & hiding in the tank.
Not sure about having casualties due to insufficient food as i have yet to experience it. Think they will survive, but will not look as nice.

Hi there, You can try feeding them live bs sure they snatch for it...
Good food~~!!! And i think a 3ft tank is big enough just add more plants for them to hide around.
