There's a simple extension 2 pin cable. You have to search around for it. Try those market electric appliances shop or hardware store. Its kind of like a USB extension cable.
Why don't you just get a plastic adapter for a 3-pin timer?
Hi guys,
I've a pair of 4ft lights resting on my cabinet tank but the wires are not long enough to reach the bottom of the cabinet where the electrical plug is, i wonder if anyone knows if there is a simple wire extensions that is not too messy or complicated that i could improve my messy situation.
Also, is there such a timer that is 2pin plug only? My power cable below my tank only allows 2 pin plugs , so i was wondering if there is any timer that can plugged into my 2 pin plug power cable.
TIA.
regards

Thanks for the info. The reason why i'm using the 2 pin adapter is because
1) Easier to fit in thru the hole in my cabinet tank, 3pin adapter bigger so might be a problem
2) My atman filters, their plugs are those parallel thin, i think china plug types. So my 3pin adaptors can't fit.

polyart got sell 2 pin extension cable, maybe you can try there,
