Comes from your heart and your soul,
Is the fountain of felicity from within you,
Is full of so much cheer.
So smile.

A smile that is friendly...
Is better than sweet honey or pure gold,
Is the voice of a friend when you're all alone,
Will always be appreciated.

A smile that is polite...
Makes you feel so warm inside,
Is the magic that works without a spell,
Can spread joy to others.
So smile.

If a single smile,
Could light up a room,
Then if everyone smiled,
We could brighten up our world.

Time can only go forwards,
It may not pause;
It may not retrace its steps;
It may not speed up;
It may not slow down;
It is a one-dimensional direction;
To travel backwards in time
is a paradox, and impossible;
Likewise to travel faster than it,
Likewise slower,
Likewise without it,
Likewise independent of it;
To travel within time would require another time,
Such as we have not;
Therefore it is impossible.
We are constrained by time,
Likewise by space,
Likewise by our own bodies.
Time permeates creation,
As does space.
Time seems to us to be infinite;
It may be,
But yet probably is not,
No more than space.
We cannot imagine
(in our waking hours)
A timeless space,
Nor yet a spaceless time,
Nor timeless time,
Nor yet a spaceless place;
For we think but as men, and not as God.
There may be stuff not in this universe,
Not material, or perhaps so.
Yet there is only one universe.
Hereafter is no time,
And perhaps no space.
We have not much time here.

Food for Thoughts = food related stuff?

Cocktail Recipe:

1. 01 x 1L bottle of seven up
2. 01 x 330ml can of ginger ale
3. 01 x 1L packet of pink guava juice
4. Generous serving of finely diced strawberries
5. A dash of finely chopped mint leaves
6. Sufficient ice cubes to cool the cocktail

Instruction: cool all the ingredients before mixing, just mix all the ingredients together before serving, finely chop / dice the strawberries and mint leaves to ensure that they can easily be gulped with the cocktail instead of sinking to the bottom

Serve: 3-4

Pattern:
1. instead of using plain ice, freeze another packet of pink guava juice by throwing the whole packet in the freezer compartment, and use the frozen packet of pink guava juice as ice, the pink guava will slowly release itself into the cocktail when it melts and thus changing the taste of the cocktail constantly
2. can also add some diced nata de coco or sago
