currently having 68 neons in a 2 feet lowly planted tank

how often must i change water and how many % each time

my intention is 10% every 3-4 days

my tank has "special" border which doesnt allow me to place other lights other than the pre-installed
is 1 15w light enough for my plants?


bought another 50 neons @ $6
notice the glow is not as attractive as those i bot @ 6 for $1

are there different grades of neons?

In my opinion, that is too much for your tank.
