    Is there needle leaves windelov?

What happen is some of my needle leaves java fern have a split tip, similar to windelov. Just wondering if it is normal or contaminated by other plant.

Hi that does happen from time to time, so there is no need to worry. Just wait till you get java fern that has three split lobes joined near the base of the leaf. In oth cases the plant/s are just as health as the rest of the ferns in the tank.
