PL light tube's holder

Hi to all

Last yr bought a 2x36PL light from NA but after a yr found that their holder which is plastic seems to have melted or widen resulting the PL tube to fall and resting on the piece of acrylic sheet which is to prevent any water from splashing into the interior.

May I know where to get preferably metal clips or holders???

Sinter(SL Tower) have them but not sure they have for PL tubes.

Go to Nature Aquarium ...
they got sell the pl light holder.
plastic and metal both also got ...!!!

Eh, NA got the metal holder now? Interesting.

Anyway, the plastic one will melt if they are too close to the plastic part of the PL... the 1 inch of glass just after the plastic part is the hottest part of the whole tube. Install the clips such that they are at least 2 inches away from the plastic part.

Yes, Chan got metal one, I just got 6 from him at S$1.00 each last night b4 he colsed, he claim that he have not much left, be fast.
Chan also has 55w e. ballest but do not have the tube yet.
