I have the exact setup for my gex filter, but biohome tends to hold alot of mulm, i intend to change to
coarse sponge -> mr aqua S ceramic ring -> filter pad -> biohome plue -> fine wool.

Definitely bigger, but with cube tanks, i wish to remain with S size, as i feel its already too strong for my 9L. Boraras getting uncomfortable so much i had to place at course sponge to block the water out flow so it doesnt gushes out.

eeeeemo : yea.. but the didiplis diandra have not grow much =)

anyway, ever since the female starts to take care of the batch of fries, the male have been dashing around and i cant do anything..
ended up the male ate all the fries, and i have a bare background with all the blxya japonica floating..
so today i changed 50% of the water( to get back the apisto into breeding mode, saw them danceing just now)
    and did a minor rescape.
took out the rocks and placed in a wood with spiky moss..
with some java fern tied to wood as the background plants..
lots of hiding space for them!
