hihi i just got myself a nano tank of 30cm X 18cm X 18cm. was wondering if the 3wpg rule still applies. i got 2x7w lights.
filter is jebo OH filter 60l per hour, smallest possible.

planning on keeping it a low tech tank without fan(too noisy for bedroom cant sleep ). maybe a small co2 system.
right now im planting glosso, hairgrass, fissiden and nan petite.
are these plants able to thrive in water temperatures above 28 deg?

fuana, 1 simese fighting fish, poor fella's tail got bitten off in my other 4ft tank.

Thanks torque, that's good information. But according to the calculation, my 1foot cube which has about 8 gallons would need 56 watts of lights!

I'm having lots of algae problems when I had 24 watts of lights on my 1 footer. I wonder how Amano does it.
