An update of my planted arowana tank and the main resident.

Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Hey Vinz, looks great. I wish I was the Aro!

Very nice, Vincent! Even if there are small fish inside, I am sure they can take cover in the thick bushes. Does the Aro gets bothered when you do trimming?

    Thanks guys...

HH, that's not stargrass... that's Echinodorus Quadricostatus.

Eggz, he's about 10 inches only.

Juggler, there are small fishes in there. 8 SAEs, 10 Otos and supposedly 100 Malayan shrimp. The fishes instinctively stay away from him and he's well-fed enough not to bother them. He's fine with me trimming the plants. Most times, he'll even come out to investigate.

Fantastic Vinz, power. The Arrowana looking big since the last time. The e.quad looking really big too. Man, I got to do something about my planted tank, still kind of slow.

was your arowana intimidated at first when you transferred him into the tank? i notice that arowanas like the presence of plants in where they live.

He was quite ok when I first let him into the tank... didn't try to hide or anything like that. On the other hand this guy isn't a timid one. He was in a community tank at the LFS and he was terrorising the 3 other red arowanas there. Was told that Red Tail Golds are comparatively more aggressive.

You have info about arowana natural habitat?
