Spoken to a representative from the above as I wanted to get hold of a 2 stage industrial regulators, but they have restrictions on selling their stuff to end users. In order to perform transactions/purchases with them, i had to represent a company, they needed this as they can pursue legal/liability should there be product return.

Sigh, seriously, i'm abit disappointed. Too bad, im unemployed as well. Didnt have this same problem with beaver and contromatic but they only sell valves and solenoid.

    Hi Torque

I know the boss of Swagelok Industrial, once a major supplier to my ex company many years ago.

May i know, what item do you like to buy co2 2 stage regulator? Swagelok is one of the most expensive and reliable products for Oil-rigs and oil refineries . The reason why they tend to restrictions to any endusers.

i try to check one for you , hor?
    cheers

    Eddy,

Didnt know you were well connected . Im just looking for a stainless steel 2 stage regulator with a needle valve to connect to the beaver contromatic solenoid. But i do not have the product number.

There is no rush to really get them, im sourcing around for reliable co2 system as ive read those $20 regulators break downs in less than a couple of months. JBJ included , I will try harris regulators and see if they have such restrictions.

Yes, definitely 1 of the best... used for most industial gas systems including toxic gases... certainly an overkill for hobby grade requirement... and also "rolls royce" pricing....

    Hi torque,

1 unit of Swagelok S/S C02 2- stages regulator(low pressure up to 50psi) will going to cost you at least 3 or 4 units of Fluval Fx5!

Not worth it! Try brass type which is 1/3 of the price if you still want Swagelok brand. I suggest you dont even think of Swagelok products, try Taiwan- brand dual stages regulator which only cost around $80 and has 1 year warranty.
