    I have both, white worms are common in the aquarium, as for the other , looks like dustmite but breaths water.

    No it will not harm the shrimps at all, it only just look unpleasant. Try not to feed your shrimps too much food if there is any leftover food just scope it out. From what I know overfeeding can result in planaria

    You can try and siphon them out of the tank if you are doing wc with less over feeding can reduce their numbers.
