Hottonia palustris, quite a slow grower for a stem plant and doesn't get too tall.
High lights and cool water is the key. These melt easily when kept at slightly higher temperatures. Aim for 25-26 dgrees C to be safe.

How about PH? heard from friend it need higher PH, is it true?
they need root ferts and also high light and cool water...

Regular planted tank pH (about 6.5-7.0) will do. Tolerates soft water (up to medium hard) well.

Is it a bad mistake i made to plant it believing that it will cover up my canister inlet? Seems it's a mid ground plant right?
