    Jut saw this unusual growth (in the center of the picture). It doesn't look like a new leave. Is that a flower?

    It's still small, thus it's not very clear as yet. Are you able to ID the plants with this flower at this moment?

    If you're refering to the half-cresent shaped thing, it's not a flower. It's something that's left over when a new leaf grows out and dies.
