Brief:
2 y.o. drinks Wardley's Ick Away which contains malachite green. Suffers O2 deprivation. Ironically, treated with methylene blue (another medicine used for fish).
It's probably a good idea to print this out and keep this some where near your fish stuff, it could help the docs move faster in case it really happens.
