How heavy is a 5L steel co2 tank?

Was wondering how heavy is a 5L tank when its full or empty? Was at swee bee today looking at their steel vs aluminium tanks but I don't feel that they have too much of a weight difference.

thanks llc, seems most people dont get full tanks at 13.5 kg and are usually short 2-3 kg
