Custom-made/Ready-made Vivarium Cover

Hi, I need a custom-made/ready-made vivarium cover.
I have 2 main pipes that needs to go through the cover, the inlet & outlet of the external filter.
I've also dug through old threads & couldn't find any tips.

Any recommendations?

Don't know if this will help...., provided you just need a simple flat glass cover with holes...
