    Where have the fishes gone??

Fondly referred to as 'The Tank' by many Singaporeans who used it as a landmark meeting point, the aquarium at Wisma Atria shopping mall was less than hallf full today, as divers removed its residents for a journey to their new home - the Underwater World at Sentosa.

Sara Ann K witnessed the 'big fish move'.
    Duration: 2 min 47 secs

I feel sad not to have a last look at those marine fishes. The marine aquarium is really a good meeting point when I was back in secondary school time. At the same time, perhaps it's a joyous thing that the marine fishes join the Underwater world instead.

I wonder what plans is Wisma Atria Shopping mall holding onto next.

that will be a nice one if they transform it into a planted tank! imagine they throw in some shrimps. tiny compared to the size of the tank.

I suppose it makes economic sense to rent that space out for $60k a month... instead of spending $60k a year maintaining it. I am surprise the tank can last for 22 years
