justin, i know. don't worry. anyway, to walk from mainland to tropical, is not very far for those who have marched 16 km with FBO. Anyway, i find their price(tropical) very steep.

I just got back from NA. bought 3 large pieces of bogwood (sigh long months of soaking, i foresee!). but the stones there weren't too impressive...i think the nice ones all got swept up after yesterday's post

With the GF's indulgence, I managed to go Midori, NA and Colourful. NA has the malaysian style driftwood, while Midori has the ADA style driftwood (if thats how you compare them).

I think I would go with Midori's. As for Rocks, still looking for nice largish slate like pieces... Patience patience...

    @ ranma,

Thanks for the heads-up on Tropical.
I just came back with almost 11 kg of driftwood from them.
And a meager 1 kg from another shop.
They are now "acclimatizing" in my pond...

    Err... the rocks are... LARGE!
The moment I saw them I knew they weren't forwhat I needed.
But the selection "holey" rocks looks quite decent enough.
They didn't have the grey ones though.
    Mostly the bulky white ones.

dialow, try searching the lfs directory in the forum. The link is at the top right hand corner of the page. It'll give you what you want.
