No difference texas, just a fishless cycle tank would fit nicely to shrimps, though however be patient and let it run for 4-6 weeks and introduce shrimps very slow to allow BB to multiply and remain in good numbers to support their bioload.
spoke to one lfs's uncle about cycling for shrimp tank. He told me not necessary to put any fauna in the tank to generate ammonia in the cycling process as the chloramine in singapore water contains ammonia which can be used....
anyone can share whether the above is true?
