Hi, i've got some apisto caca which were raised from fries. Till now (abt 6 months or so), their size still smaller than tetras. How long does it take for them to reach adult size? Something wrong with the fries?

    Hi Bro

What is the size you kept them in? What do you normally feed them?

I have a feeling your fry are stunted. Frozen BBS is not a good option as a main food for the fry. You have to give them a variety of food, from dried foods to live foods, for them to grow healthy and get bigger. By the time they are 6 months old, they should be close to adult size already. Try changing their diet by giving them some other foods. If they can handle worm foods, get some frozen or live bloodworm and let them try. They should be able to eat the worms without any difficulty.
