Hi Guys,
I am new to the world of Apistos, and they have intrigued me and through the Apistos, I have revived my passion in freshwater fish.
I have kept 2 pairs of Agassizi (all 4 died), 1 Panduro (RIP) and 1 Nijessni (RIP too). Fortunately, I think I have managed to get things right as my Borelli and Trifasciata are doing fine.
One thing I would like to know is if these fish have unique personalities. My male Borelli is friendly and inquisitive and will swim to the front of the aquarium as if to greet me. My male A. trifasciata seems to like to hide amongst the plants and seldom venture out. Even the female trifasciata is more "outgoing".
So my question is, are certain fish more shy, and others more "extrovert"?
Appreciate any inputs. Thanks!
