    Hi sadie,

Nice tank setup and nice young schooling altums, you have there. Alway very much wanted to setup my 4 feet for altums and discus, provide my arowana ......

5 feet tank like yours is wonder for such a setup, both side viewable, positioned as a partition in your living room.

What you guys call these type of setup, is there a common name for this type of setup?

    hi DEA,
I know it's kinda plain. have already redo the empty space
with plants as these pics was taken last year. Thank you so much.

    Alan,
that is my intention, to act as partition.
I guess sble to view both side is more fun and interesting.

    David,
    Yes you are right.

    ryan,
if I'm not wrong that's the Nuphar japonica.

It's a custom made tank. Kinda 'retro' look ya.
Thank you all for the advises.

Hi Sadie, care to share your secret of growing japonica? I have tried mine in 2 tanks and both failed.

I power my Nuphar with Jobe's Aquatic plant stix. Now every few months I must dig the fellow up and cut him down to size.

    nice!

i am sure it looks even better after you had taken care of the bare patches on the ground and now that the plants had set in!

    nice tank cabinet also!
