    Welcome to AQ.
    Nice piece of diftwood you have there. I would suggest to plant more thickly as a start, and some easy plants like java fern would look good at the back.

    What are specs for the tank;
    light wattage, fert. regime, CO2 etc...
    ...I love rubies too ...

    Abit overcrowded with a large variety of fishes, hope you have a strong and matured filter to handle their bioloads.

    And remember to do your weekly water change That's the cheapest and most effective way to sustain such high bioload. But again... it must've been an impressive sight to see so many fish darting around

    hope thats not duct tape under the anubias....no....cant be.

    IMO adding more plants to the tank will help with the overcrowding.

    Driftwood is coool...i like the setup...its gonna be great when it grows in.

    I usually go to jalan kayu for fish hunting...

    "At the corner of Seletar Farmway 2 and Seletar Farmway 1 is Sea View Aquarium. This aquarium got my vote for one of best aquarium in Singapore. It stocks an excellent collection of plants, Goldfish, Cichlids, a variety of rare fish (e.g. Black Ghost Knife Fish, Kissing Gourami), small fishes such as tetras, swordtails, guppy etc, as well as other equipments that fish owners (or aspiring fish owners) could possibility need (e.g. filters, lights, food, medicine, decorations, gravel, bigger tanks etc). The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. All this made me a frequent visitor here."

    there's another small fish shop further in the other end- golden tropical fish (nice discus and may cheap fishes)
