Hi guys, which are the LFS that do immediate CO2 refill?

'Bioplast' at Boon keng offers immediate Co2 top up service.. have to wait for around 10 minutes.. and you may take the time to view their beautiful moss tanks.

If you're using the black and silver one, NA has a 1 to 1 on the spot exchange. If not Bioplast is the other option.

Most of us recommend bioplast and NA [1-1 exchange], but do remember these instant top up do not guarantee you a full tank as it process to cool liquid+top up your tank takes some time.

I will send my tank back to NA for top up when it runs empty and it takes about 3 days.

My recommendation is:

Get a smaller 1L CO2 tank as a backup.

When your bigger tank has run out of CO2, swap it with the smaller tank, bring the bigger one to LFS.

They will take 2-4 days to refill and bring back to you, guaranteed to be 99% full.

During the 2-4 days of refilling process, your smaller CO2 tank should be able to supply as during the change.

1L co2 cannot find already, smallest from NA is 2L, the blue tanks.

It should be all right to leave ur tank without co2 for a few days. Go for full top-up instead of on the spot top-up. Good to have a spare co2 tank at home for back up.

I thought it's still selling. The brand called "Mr. Aqua". It's selling 1L with dispenser. I think it's for a smaller tank setup. I use to have that for my 1.5ft tank. Now this cylinder is for backup.

haha .. thanks guy ... funny thing is .. back up cylinder also no gas ... the jus send both for gas top up . ..

Ah, unlucky. Maybe it will happen to me one day?

1L or smaller tanks will have their own dispenser, most of us use back co2 with our exisiting regulator.

Yes, it's still immediate refill (15mins) and costs $15. Not sure if it opens on Sunday.
