Most fish eat shrimplets, but if you want a breeding tank, just keep shrimps will do.

To breed them don't the fry require brackish waters anyway?

After 5 weeks, it's the 1st time I trim my flora. The riccia grew like wild grass until I have to cut the height to half. I change the location of my Co2 diffuser and placed it just beneath the filter outlet to have better distribution of CO2 bubbles. Then I add another sponge filter at the previous Co2 diffuser's location.

Glosso start to grow green, pearl and rooted into the soil. I have the sense of satisfaction after seeing them spread across the substrate surface.

The riccia start to pearl after 3 days it been trimmed.

One of my brothers busy cleaning up the glosso leaves

One of my yamato perching on the driftwood branch. Woodshrimp and cherry busy picking up algae at the sponge filter.

Meet the new tenants, Glaxy Rasbora. They adapt to the tank kinda well. They keep on chasing each others since the first day.

Nice, i must say glosso has grown nicely. I was sceptical at first, congrats.

How old are your otto's? You say this is after 5 weeks, what size were they when you bought them. Would like to know how long they take to get to this size. Mine are still currently just less than an inch in length.
