Beauty is in the eyes of the beerholder.
C328 is also a good place to hunt for a good pair of apisto.
besides the 2 mentioned above, seaview also has apistos at very low prices and once in awhile you find gems there. so far, i've been there twice since they started introducing apistos into their stocklist and each time i've found 2-3 pairs that were beautiful yet dirt cheap.
Some of the LFH(live fish house) also have good breed sometime, look out in the buy/sell forums here.![]()
The recommendation would depend on quite a few factors.
If a normal pair of Apistos is good then possibly the nearest LFS that stocks Apistogramma would be good. If you are looking at a certain species then maybe only the LFS that sells that species would be good. Meanwhile if you are looking for a LFS that carries a wide range it could be another LFS.
Maybe it would be better if you could decide on a certain species that you would like to keep, as well as learn about that certain species before you get a pair.
c328 has now in stock quite a decent pair of aga tefe. nice colours but the fin seem maybe a little too short. decent for its price!
tefe, so so.
the aga red look better.
