Did you hook it up to a timer and is the timer off? Get a new PL tube from C328 to test if the tube is a goner or else it can be the ballast.

Hi jerome...could your fuse have tripped and affected the ballast indirectly?
Usually testing can be done with a brand new tube which can be bought at C328 for about $10+? If you're in a hurry, can always use the PL tubes from your other lightsets(if you have one) and try it out. The ballast supports tubes up to 55watts so as long as your test tube is 55watts and below should be fine. If this still doesn't work the ballast might have blown? Though i doubt it blows so easily...mine survived several power trips when i was using them previously, had 3 sets and all worked fine! Anyway,if the tube change doesn't work do not panic and go try any power source and plug it in.Your electrical sockets etc might be faulty?
