Hi any bros here having these? I have 3 of them in my 1.5ft tank....it is a really lovely top-level fish...but i guess they always go around and "nip" or disturb my other tank mates....how should i deal with it? add more? or give away...

my tank mates include, 8 golden pencil fish, 2 cherry barb, 5 runny nose, 3 glowlight tetra, 4 head light tetra, 1 priscilla balloon tetra, 1 platy, 2 oto, 1 yamato
    I love my fishes.

Good luck with these fish.. they are scale eaters and will probably decimate everything they can in your tank...i fed mine to some predatory fish..

One thing for sure is that they are really vicious and would harass other fishes to the extend that these fishes

    1. jump out from the tank,
    2. deprived of food, and/or
    3. die from stress of being bullied.

Yes, they can be really THAT destructive, so they aren't advisable to be included in community tanks and better be left in a species only tank.

Pretty fearless buggers. I got a bunch recently and they keep nipping at my arm when I'm trimming or siphoning the tank.
