    Hi Celticfish,saw them it on youtube too.thats was one of the video that inspire me...haha.however i think in the video's tank setup, the plecos seems to be the "main character" and not the wild discus.as it has no plants inside and the pleco seems to be aggressive towards it.:>just my thoughts.

    That would be the panaque being aggressive.
    The behaviour is also new to me as I've never kept them before.

    The othe pleco looks like an L95.
    Its a more graceful, it glide around the tanks quite a bit, and peaceful.

    There are also other videos with wild discus setup.
    The one I posted is not the best just the first to answer the post...

    haha i was really tempted by the alpha male the last time i dropped by, the marking were super distinct and to make things more tempting he kept dancing in front of me!!

    but sadly i did not buy as i could not identify any females in the tank, if not i sure whack...
