Best method for tying narrow leaf java ferns?

Is there any recommended way to tie narrow leaf java ferns to wood such that they look natural? should they be clumped in small clumps? big clumps? singly? in a row? at the junction of branches?

any tips would be appreciated

thanks for the picture torque hopefully the ones i get will have rhizomes that i can tie, i've seen people selling them by the leaf at marketplace so i was wondering if they came by the leaf or by the rhizome, and if it's the former how they are tied

my needle fern had grown small new leaf on the tip of the fern should i pluck out the adult leaf with the small new leaves and tie it to a wood or should i leave it as it is??

you can do either way.
if u planned to pluck out? make sure they are big enough, too small better dun
