    my neons are very timid/shy
every time they hide when someone approach
if i off the lights, they will go "crazy"
some even stuck inside the diffuser
any methods to boost up their guts?

have to check on your water perimeters. also try installing a timer to your lightings. even we humans would get stressed if the sun suddenly rises at midnight right?

    Hi,

this is Heiko Bleher and there are normally two possiblilies why your cardinals are timid:
    1. They have something (sickness, like white spots coming or bacterial infection), or
    2. there are some fish in the tank they cannot accept, or which make them turn this way.
remember cardinals are group fishes and live in shallow habitats, were there are no strange species or predators (keep them only with their correct mates).

Advice from a collectors (see also my website: Expedition Arac&#225

    Best regards
