Teco RA680 no colent agent?

need some help here..

i just realised my chiller (Teco RA680) seems doesn't cool down my tank.
and the chiller somehow got "tick" sounds while it run (once a while the tick sound came out).

anyone know what's going on ?

No Gas? or colent agent? or?

Let no guessing, let it handle by chiller or air conditioner tech, they'll pin-point & problem take-over.
