I have read that CRS also love Ketapang leaf.

    Is it true?
Where can it be purchased? I even read that it is free. Where to pick?

I live in the Hougang-Serangoon vacinity. How can I recognise the tree. So I can pick for free. hehe

Sorry I am a noob. what is black water? I want to feed the CRS with the ketapang leaf. I want to look for it, where to get it for free.

    Hi,

Ketapang leaf is not a kind of food, it is place in the water and make the water look brownish hence termed as blackish water.

    cheers

Don't think of it as a softenizer. It's more of a water conditioner that adds tannic acids like tea.
