other than quietness from Mr Aqua
which will give you better performance?

roughly what is the total cost for DIY fans?
is it really that easy to DIY fans?(+fan to +adaptor, -fan to -adaptor)
any tips/url I can refer for DIY fans?
where can i get the parts? all available at SLS n SLT?

Bear in mind that DIY is not necessarily cheaper. On top of that, you will also need to spend time on DIY, test & fine tuning. I feel that it is always good to DIY if you cannot buy something, which can cater your needs.

If you want to make this project simple, you get simply get this & hook a fan on it.

Bro, I think Mr Aqua will give you better performance and it will be cheaper if you buy 2nd hand.

Both are good, some people like to diy theirs while others avoid the hassle and get them right from LFS. theres no better.
