I just got to say that is one beautiful tank!
My last set up which was my first, became over run with hair algae that exploded in my tank after adding some HC. Well i never had such issues before and with little to no effort to remove it i decided it was time for a change. I remade the water fall area's water proof shelf and ripped out the submersed section. The tree stump set up came out pretty well considering i placed 148 in the ADA last year. but nothing is forever. As one fellow hobbyist said he'd love to see other tanks i had, for no knob could have created my last tank without having gone through many others. So i said why not lets try another set up and see where it leads. So far it's coming out OK. I replaced my 150 watt quartz halogen. For two Aquamedic 150 watt pendants, with ADA 150 8000 k bulbs and one 39 watt glow 6,000 k. so anyways here's tank two i will be rearranging a bit and some major trimming as theres little structure in the back ground as yet. Now that the plants have established themselves and the hair algae is gone, it's time to scape a little.![]()
