Filter, fan and substrate for nano tank

Going to start a 2 by 1.5 nano tank.My jebo cannister water leak from the wire hole once running.

Can I use a internal filter for filtering the tank?

Also getting 3 computer fan to cool the water.How frequent do I need to top up water?

my 5kg co2 n solenoid have been kept for 6year,still can use?

I get sand n fert kept for 6 yr, the fert still can use?
