    well it can use any water including sea water. IT is aboudant and I don't think it can be control.

    It says that the car has a energy generator that extracts hydrogen from water. I wonder what runs the energy generator?

    It said that no extenal power is needed, so my guess is using nano tech to seperate the electron.
