What colour?

Quite an idiot question, but what colour is the protein collection in your skimmer cup? Mine is yellowish with a little foam on top. Looks like pee!

it depends on the amt of waste inside your tank.. or should i say, protein.. or trace elements.. it can range from light yellow to dark green..
