Hi people of AQ! Nice to know that there is a site for fish and aquatic plant lovers.
Just recently converted my two 2feet tanks into planted tanks. Not good at planting. Been keeping silver dollars and a lungfish in the two tanks until they left this world. (the silver dollars explain why I dont keep plants.)

Hope to be able to set up a decent planted tank without algae. Cheers!

You've come to the right place for planted setups Narb.

And there are many nice examples of very decent 2ft planted scapes.
Do trawl the section for inspiration and maybe start a journal to document your setup.
