Suitability of Ikea halogen lights for planted tanks

I bought an IKEA light. halogen, 12V , 20W , warm light(a bit orange).

Can it be used for planted?

Been trying to find a stylo light for planted but no luck. Any reommendaiton?

we usually use daylight for planted.

Those orange light at ikea are not suitable for planted tank. You got to get those white light.
