    Other then lily pipes being more expensive what are the difference compare to the filter and rain bar provided with the cannister.

    Good grades one like ADA brand uses good glass that is designed to keep it "out of sight". They say it replicates nature, and you don't see filter and rainbar in a nature environment do you

    Not above water surface. When placed near the water surface, it creates a vortex that helps to remove the surface film.

    Yes. I-flo, or you can find some un-branded ones at Biotope going at $30 each (price as such when i visited them a few days ago).

    However, the quality, finishing, and result is definately un-comparable to ADA.

    for 5 times the price of course you have to get quality
