    I've got a Resun CL450 chiller.

For some reasons, the temperature is at 28c after 3-4 days even though I set the temperature at 25c

Today I set it to 24c, hoping that it will 'work harder' to bring down the temperature to my targeted 26c.

I check the temp just now... 29c!!!!

So, my chiller spoilt? It's only 3-4 months old.

If so, how do I get it repaired? I don't have the receipt.

Is the compressor working? Is the fan working? Is the water flowing through the chiller?
    Cheers,

Yes, it's running. I can hear the motor running, the water is definitely flowing out to the tank.

your chiller you bought it brand new or second hand from somebody else?

If bought brand new though no receipt now but should still have warranty card?

If bought 2nd hand then probably can send it down to some servicing shops like bioplast to have a check. Maybe the thermostat gone bonkers.

The chiller is brand new. I'm searching for the warranty card. (Darn!)

If cannot find it, how? Can I get someone to some to my place to repair? The chiller is heavy to carry out!

Just realised that my chiller's filter is FILLED WITH DUST. Maybe that's the reason, hopefully...

The same problem for my air-con too. I clear my air-con filter and the air-con is cold again.

Maybe it's the same logic for the chiller. Let me see...

OK, the problem is found. My thermometer in my tank is spoilt

I used the most primitive but trustworthy thermometer: Alcohol thermometer and the temperature shown is 26 degree while my chiller sets at 25 degree.
