What kind of plant is Man Utd? Terry really screws chelsea in the foot for that miss.

I think the United team were very lucky for a start. 2 strikes were hit on target but the bar save them. If both went in, united would have gone home without the cup.

Man United didn't really deserve the cup, they were very lucky. I'm a united fan, but Chelsea is very unfortunate.

    Cheers!

Not really, Man U had plenty of opportunities too. They were pretty unlucky too

Im a man united fan, But i must say both has done well(Avram grant didn't, his face looks like he is going to kill someone all the time), and its a pity only one can win.

Nothing as close as hitting the crossbar & wood work. It's a pity. Ronaldo cried after the game. Imagine yourself in his shoes. Intense pressure.

I still don't get it why Tevez was yellow carded before the penalty shootout. But Drogba deserve the red card for slapping Vidjic.

Well i guess it didn't matter if they receive the card or not. It's their last game of the season & everyone gets a little rougher then usual.

Haha, amazing. Doesnt matter about the quality. Its just the concept that is funny. Love it! haha.

Concidering the history and intense rivalry that i see week in week out between the top 4 here in the uk i'm glad it was United who walked away with the trophy. Although i do feel gutted about John Terry. I feel for him, being a centre back i wouldnt have put him up to take the penalty, but being captain i guess he felt it his divine right to take what could have been the winning penalty. Although you look at the replay and you see it was actually the pitch that gave way. Unlucky, but i think the better team won.

    I'm a big Everton fan

Were hot on the kopsh*te's heels next season. Hehe, after a summer of spending we'll be a force to be reckoned with. Lescott will carry us on to European glory!

It's the souls of the Busby Babes who protected the United goalpost. Its FATE, just like what Ferguson and Bobby Charlton had predicted.

Just wondering...the Drogba sending-off saga, how and why did it start in the first place?

Saw the repeat telecast. A chelsea player thrown the ball into the field and it fall into the leg of Tevez. Tevez kicked it outside the field as a sign of respect as most of the player was not ready to play due to the cramp leg some are suffering. After kicking the ball out, he motion to his teammate to come closer to the chelsea goal post. That's when John Terry ran up to him and provoke Tevez to push him away. The rest of the Chelsea player nearby ran toward Tevez and Terry and Man U player also came to the aid of Tevez. In the commotion the camera picked up Drogba in the picture talking to Vidic and then slapping him on the face. Mysteriously, Terry was beside Vidic and stop Vidic from retaliating. The referee was just behind Drogba and had seen him done his act toward Vidic.

What was mystifying was why not Terry got carded instead of Tevez as Tevez kick the ball out of play to let the other regain their composure. It was Terry that ran toward Tevez moment after Terry leg was stretched to prevent cramping. Why did he ran so far to Tevez and grabbing Tevez on his shoulder like he want to slug Tevez to the ground for kicking the ball out of play? I am not sure why Ballack was yellow carded too.
